Sometimes a pure water machine does not shut down, and the amount of water produced is very little or almost no, and the high-voltage switch has not been activated. The general handling of this situation may be to adjust the pressure value of the high-pressure switch to make it smaller to reach the value of its action. But this situation is different. If the amount of water produced is too small, it is not a matter of the high-voltage switch.

After closing the waste pipe, the volume of water produced immediately increased, and the high-voltage switch was activated. This shows that the pressure adjustment value (ie, the size of the wastewater flow) set by the wastewater flushing valve is problematic, and it is not all universal. Experience shows that the working pressure of the reverse osmosis membrane is generally set to about 5 kg, too small to produce less water and more wastewater; too large to have less wastewater and the life of the reverse osmosis membrane is reduced. Now the wastewater flushing valve on the water purifier can adjust its working pressure, but its adjusting device is a single-head thimble. It is better to change it to a cone. The tightening pressure increases and the loosening pressure decreases. The value is set at about 5 kg, which not only reduces the failure rate but also minimizes the generation of wastewater.

Analysis of the cause of water leakage in the pure water machine:

The pure water machine is composed of many joints, filter bottles, sealing rings, and pipelines, so there is inevitably the possibility of water leakage.

Which places are easy to leak? The connection of the water inlet tee and the PE pipe is a potentially serious water leakage dangerous area because it is not easy to grasp how much force is required to tighten when connecting with a nut: it is too strong to screw the PE pipe If the strength is too small, the PE pipe may be arched. Therefore, attention should be paid when installing; when the elbow and the straight-through are connected with the filter bottle, the manufacturer generally does not use raw material tape but uses general glass glue. The advantage is: generally not easy to leak. Disadvantages are: water leakage is easy to move, which can be avoided by using raw material tape, but it is time-consuming and labor-intensive; the wastewater connection pipe and the check valve connection pipe at the rear of the membrane shell may cause unnoticeable water leakage.

Reasons for water leakage of pure water machine:

The pipeline is likely to drive the check valve to rotate and cause water leakage; the connection between the filter bottle and the filter cover is prone to general water leakage.

The reason for the water leakage of the pure water machine is: the quality of the sealing ring is not good enough, too thin or the rebound is not enough; the other is that it is not tightened.
